The sixth-ranked Lions of East Mississippi Community College have placed a conference-high 16 recipients on the 2021 All-MACCC Football Team, as announced Wednesday by the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference office headquartered in Jackson.
On the heels of completing a fifth unbeaten regular season since 2011, the top-ranked Lions of East Mississippi Community College are set to play host to the 10th-ranked Hinds Eagles Saturday afternoon in the MACCC Football Semifinals. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at Sullivan-Windham Field on the Scooba campus.

At the midway mark of the MACCC football season, the sixth-ranked Lions of East Mississippi Community College travel to Senatobia to take on 13th-ranked Northwest Mississippi Thursday evening (Sept. 30). With possible postseason implications on the line, Thursday’s kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Ranger Stadium at Bobby Franklin Field.
